Fundamentals of Hospice Palliative Care (Fundamentals)

Your registration request has been submitted to the Palliative Pain & Symptom Management Consultation Program team:

  1. You may now pay online (preferred) or by cheque.
  2. You will be emailed one week before the program begins with the meeting link and log in information needed for materials.

Vacation Alert!

Betty Tucker, the main contact for the Fundamentals programs, will be on vacation starting December 21, 2016, returning January 2, 2017.

Confirmation of registration acceptance will not occur during this period.

If you have questions or concerns about your registration request, please contact your local nurse facilitator.

Payment:

The cost of the Fundamentals program is $40.00 (tax exempt).

Note: Refunds are not available.
