Your registration request has been submitted to the Palliative Pain & Symptom Management Consultation Program team:

  1. You may now pay online (preferred) or by cheque.
  2. Once payment is received, you will be emailed the course link and log in information, within 1-2 business days,.

Vacation Alert!

Karla Kane, the main contact for the Fundamentals programs, will be on vacation starting December 21, 2016, returning January 2, 2017.

Confirmation of registration acceptance will not occur during this period.

If you have questions or concerns about your registration request, please contact your local nurse facilitator.

Payment:

The cost of the Fundamentals program is $40.00 (tax exempt).

Note: Refunds are not available.
