Your registration request has been submitted to the Palliative Pain & Symptom Management Consultation Program team:

  1. You may now pay online (preferred) or by cheque.
  2. You will be emailed the virtual meeting link and PDF materials a day or two before the first session begins. If you requested printed material, it will be mailed to you prior to the course start date.

The cost of the Fundamentals program is $40.00 (tax exempt).
